- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Credit information should be submitted at least three days prior to pick-up day.
- Proof of insurance covering the full replacement value of all equipment rented is required on all orders, with DALSA Digital Cinema named as loss payee and additional insured.
- Pick-up and delivery are available.
- Prices are based on a ONE DAY rental period. A ONE DAY rental is defined as: A 4:00PM pick-up time on the day BEFORE actual use; And a 9:00AM return time on the day FOLLOWING actual use.
- Equipment picked up early or returned late is subject to additional charges.
- Service during non-business hours may result in additional charges.
- DALSA Digital Cinema assumes no responsibility for renter's ability or inability to operate said equipment. Upon customer request, DALSA Digital Cinema will provide competent crew to operate equipment at renter's expense.
- Orders canceled by renter may be subject to a cancellation charge.
- It is the renter's responsibility to ensure that the order is complete and in good condition prior to signing the contract.
- Renter assumes full responsibility for any and all damage or loss to said equipment until such time as equipment has been received by an authorized DALSA Digital Cinema employee.
- In the event of damage or loss of equipment, renter will be responsible for lost income on said equipment, until such time as said equipment is returned, repaired, replaced or full compensation is received by DALSA Digital Cinema.
- Equipment shall not be used in such a manner as to subject equipment to abnormal or hazardous conditions.
