Dr. Chamberlain is the Executive Chairman and Founder of DALSA Corporation. Prior to September 2007, he was the CEO of the Company. In addition to his role as Executive Chairman, he serves as the Company’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He has a background as a scientist and professor at the University of Waterloo for more than 20 years. He has worked with Plessey Co. Ltd., Bell Northern Research and IBM, and has published more than 150 scientific papers and authored or co-authored more than 20 patents. Dr. Chamberlain has experience in management, corporate strategy, internal controls, capital markets, equity financing, acquisitions, and has extensive knowledge of the industries related to digital imaging and semiconductors. Mr. Brown is retired Adjunct Professor of Finance in the Faculty of Management, University of Toronto. Previously, he was Vice President & Director, Investment Banking, at RBC Dominion Securities Inc. For six years, he was a Commissioner of the Ontario Securities Commission. He is presently the Chairman of the Board of Macquarie Power Income and Infrastructure Trust, Chairman of the Board of SNP Corporation, and a director of Sixty Split Corp. Mr. Brown has extensive experience in capital markets, finance, Ontario securities laws, and corporate governance.
Mr. Brown is Lead Directors, Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, the Nominations Committee, and the Management and Information Committee.
David Buehlow, B.A., C.A.

Mr. Buehlow is a Retired Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (formerly Coopers and Lybrand). He is a member of the Board of Directors of Linamar Corporation and serves as Chairman of their Audit Committee. Mr. Buehlow has experience in accounting, financial controls, internal controls, auditing, and management of working capital.
Mr. Buehlow is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, the Nominations Committee, and the Management and Information Committee.
Mark E. Burton, B.Sc., LL.B.

Mr. Burton was President and CEO of privately-held Longview Solutions, a provider of enterprise software for corporate performance management, before its acquisition in 2007 by Exact Software. Prior to joining Longview, he served as President and CEO of AD Opt Technologies, a TSX-listed provider of enterprise software for workforce management. Ad Opt was acquired by Kronos Inc. in 2004. Prior to AD Opt, Mr. Burton held the positions of President and CEO of Digital Processing Systems, a TSX-listed manufacturer of hardware and software for use in the broadcast and post production industries, and was a Partner at law firm Stikeman Elliott LLP’s Toronto and Ottawa offices. He holds a B.Sc. (Honours), Queen's University, and LL.B. (with Distinction), University of Western Ontario.

Brian Doody, B.Sc., M.A.Sc., P.Eng.

Mr. Doody is the Chief Executive Officer of DALSA Corporation. Prior to his appointment to CEO in September 2007, Brian was Chief Operating Officer since 2006 and President of Digital Imaging since 1999. Previously, he was Vice President Operations from 1997 and Vice President Manufacturing and Engineering from 1986. He has participated in and managed both custom and standard product development projects and was directly involved in establishing many of DALSA's production capabilities. Brian has participated in evaluating and integrating the six acquisitions that DALSA has completed from 1999 to present.
Mr. Doody is the Chair of the Human Resources Committee, and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, the Nominations Committee, and the Management and Information Committee.
Eric Rosenfeld,

Mr. Rosenfeld is President and CEO of Crescendo Partners, L.P., which he formed in 1998. Prior to forming Crescendo, he was a Managing Director at CIBC Oppenheimer and its predecessor company, Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. for fourteen years. Mr. Rosenfeld holds an MBA from Harvard University and an A.B. degree in economics from Brown University. He is Chairman of CPI Aerostructures Inc.; Chairman of Computer Horizons Corp.; Chairman of Rhapsody Acquisition Corporation; and a board member of Hill International and Matrikon.
Mr. Rosenfeld is a member of the Compensation Committee, the Corporate Governance Committee, the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, the Nominations Committee, and the Management and Information Committee.
Adel Sedra, B.Sc., M.A.Sc., Ph.D., FIEEE

Dr. Sedra is the Dean of Engineering at the University of Waterloo and is world-renowned for his work in microelectronics. He is the co-author of three textbooks, the most popular of which, "Microelectronic Circuits," is currently in its fifth edition and has been translated into eight languages and is in use at hundreds of universities around the world. In addition to his academic work, Dr. Sedra has extensive administration experience, both at the University of Waterloo and at the University of Toronto where he served for nine years as Vice President, Provost and Chief Academic Officer.
Dr. Sedra is a member of the Nominations Committee and the Management and Information Committee.
Colin Watson, B.A.Sc., M.B.A.

Mr. Watson was President and Chief Executive Officer of Vector Aerospace Corporation from November 2003 to January 2005. Mr. Watson served as Vice Chairman of Spar Aerospace Limited, an aviation services firm, from January 2000 to January 2002. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Watson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Spar Aerospace Limited and from 1999 to 2000, as its Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to 1996, Mr. Watson was President and Chief Executive Officer of Rogers Cable Inc. Mr. Watson also serves as a director of Rogers Communications Inc., Vector Aerospace Corporation, Cygnal Technologies Corp., B Split II Corporation, NorthStar Aerospace Inc., Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, Rhapsody Acquisition Corp., SL Split Corporation, and Telesat Canada. He holds a B.A.Sc. (Mechanical Engineering), University of British Columbia and an MBA, Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario.
